vision statement.

Local 21 is continually striving to become a stronger labor union by proudly upholding our rich traditions of the past while looking towards the future to see how we can accomplish our mission more effectively than ever before.

A commitment to our unending mission for better wages and working conditions, reduced hours, improved health and safety, and retirement security means building lasting bonds within our community so that the true power of organized labor can be put to work for both our common goals and for the benefit of the community we serve.
